What to expect at a Naturopathic consultation?
Once you have arranged an initial consultation, I will ask you to complete a initial health questionaire. Please bring this along to your appointment at my consulting room in Lightwater.
During this first appointment a full case history is taken. Many diagnostic techniques can be used to evaluate your requirements, including tongue and pulse diagnosis, iridology or kinesiology. Occasionally, I use biochemical tests (blood, saliva, hair mineral, etc) to gain understanding into any areas of imbalance.
I will then develop a personal plan based on naturopathic therapies, tailored to your individual needs. This takes approximately 90 minutes.
Follow-up appointments take up to 60 minutes. The number of consultations required vary with each individual and their current state of health.
